Alfa enhances Challenge prize

02 August 2004: Alfa Romeo has enhanced the prizes it sponsors for the European Alfa Challenge racing programme.

With 34 drivers and 15 teams representing nine European countries -Ireland, Belgium, Finland, Holland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Spainand Italy - the prizes for the championship at the end of the season will, instead of two standard road-going Alfa 147, be a pair of new Alfa 147 GTA Cup cars, worth 43,000 plus VAT, for the overall winner and the winner of the Under 25 class.
