Dreams made into metal

The 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show had the usual myriad of car designer dreams made into metal and shown off to titillate and tease the showgoers and potential customers with some wacky and wonderful ideas, some of which will find their way into cars of the coming years. Some of them we would like to see roll out onto our roads just as they are, such as this Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione.
