Irish Ferries bargains at sea
08 January 2003: Irish Ferries have rolled out their 2003 programme with a range of new travel packages and discounts on their passenger ferry services to Britain.
First off is a number of early booking discounts offered on one-way and flexible return fares, amounting to a E30 each way reduction on fares booked up to 56 days in advance of travel and E20 each way off fares booked 28 days before travel.
Those who book by March 31 can avail of a ‘children travel free’ offer whereby up to six children can travel free-of-charge on one-way and flexible return fares. This offer is valid for travel throughout the year including the peak Summer period.
Other discounts open to those who book by the end of March include a 50% reduction on caravan and trailer fares and a 10% reduction for over-55s travelling on motorist fares to Britain on Monday to Thursday sailings. Other initiatives include new day return motorist fares and new monthly return fares for foot passengers.
