Irish Ferries half-price sale

17 February 2003: Irish Ferries remind motorists that time is running out for those wishing to take advantage of their half price fares sale to Britain.

Closing February 21st, the sale cuts the cost of travel to Britain in half to EUR134.00  return for a car plus two adults travelling Rosslare - Pembroke.

On their Dublin - Holyhead cruise ferry Ulysses, the  same car plus two adults travel for  EUR150.00 return increasing to EUR184.00 return on their DublinSwift fast ferry.  Travel must be completed by April 17th.

Meantime, Irish Ferries have announced improvements to their Dublin - Holyhead sailing schedule the aim being to provide passengers with even more convenient arrival and departure times at both ports.

From March 3rd, the DublinSwift fast ferry service - the first sailing to Britain from Dublin each morning - will leave at 06.50hrs (45 minutes later than before) while the cruise ferry Ulysses will depart at 09.05hrs (40 minutes earlier)

Evening sailings have also improved with their cruise ferry service leaving Dublin 40 minutes earlier at 21.50hrs - promising extra time for travel to onward destinations from  Holyhead and an earlier arrival time back in Dublin next morning.

This year Irish Ferries will again operate six return sailings between Dublin and Holyhead daily.
