02 April 2003: Peugeot has produced its millionth 307, launched in Ireland in the summer of 2001.

The car was elected Car of the Year 2002 by a jury of 55 professional journalists representing 21 European countries and now figures in the top five of the best sales in Europe (January 2003).

In Ireland, Peugeot’s 307 took 5% of the small family segment in 2002, which represented over 3,100 units and thus secured 7th segment place.
