
10 May 2002: Visitors to the largest Motor Show ever held in the Mid-West of Ireland, which takes place this weekend in Roscommon Town, will get the first Irish viewing of the new Ford Fiesta.
The new Ford is the star of a show which also features the Opel Vectra, Seat Ibiza, Skoda Superb, Suzuki Liana Saloon, Suzuki Alto, and Peugeot 307SW MPV. The show also has the first showing of the updated Mitsubishi Pajero.
The opening hours for the Mid-West Motor Show on Saturday and Sunday are 12.30 to 6PM, and new car ranges from Ford, Volkswagen, Opel, Fiat, Peugeot, Seat, Mitsubishi, Citroen, Mazda, Skoda, Suzuki, Audi, Volvo, Alfa Romeo, Subaru, Saab, Isuzu, and Iveco can be seen. The venue is the Convent of Mercy grounds.
