Opel initiates Network Q in Ireland

20 August 2004: Opel Ireland, as part of General Motors, is launching the Network Q used car programme in Ireland, already established with Vauxhall in Britain.

Used car retailers are encouraged to get on board and join the Network Q scheme. Over half the Irish Opel dealers are already showing their commitment to the scheme and more are expected to join during August.

Network Q is an all-makes initiative that replaces Opel’s previous used car scheme and includes significant enhancements to the previous programme.

With one in three used vehicles coming with a 'hidden' history, Network Q offers a completely transparent service history.

Network Q undertakes 114 point check on every vehicle that is sold, provides a 30 day exchange and a 12 months unlimited mileage guarantee. The programme also guarantees verified mileage and provides 12 months cover on car brakes, battery and clutch.

In addition, buyers from Network Q get 12 months Network Q Assistance, have the vehicle history checked, and are buying a car guaranteed to pass its next National Car Test.
